2019-02: CargoSoft improves transparency with new Ticket system

Keep control of your support requests with our new communication platform! We are happy to announce that our new Ticket system will be activated on March 1st.
With your first e-mail to support@cargosoft.de you will receive an invitation to login to the new platform. You will be able to view your requests, create new requests, check the status and add comments or documents. A knowledgebase, with growing content, will help you in the future to find quick help.
