After more than 40 active years in the IT and software industry, Wilfried Schliemann will go into retirement on 1 July 2016. He worked for over 14 years as Managing Director of CargoSoft GmbH together with Uwe Droste and raised the company to today 80 employees.
In the late 80s and for the company Messerknecht in Bremen, the merchant Wilfried Schliemann was already dealing with information systems for carriers and logistics. The tender for a major international freight forwarding was the decisive factor to develop a company-wide IT system for sea and air freight logistics. From the initial development „SeeSped“ is in 2000 to the newly formed CargoSoft GmbH. Finally the transport management system CargoSoft TMS developed. Thus, the success story of CargoSoft GmbH, which was incorporated in 2007 as a subsidiary in the DAKOSY, began.

Henning Goedecke, who was appointed in September 2015 as Managing Director of Cargo Soft GmbH is now in charge of Sales & Marketing Department. The 44-year-old worked almost 10 years for the H. P. Moeller-Maersk Group. The past 3 years with regional and global responsibility in key account management. Overall, he has 24 years of experience in logistics and international shipping.
