At a glance: all the facts of one order in an e-file
This module compiles all processes of an order including documents in a clearly arranged, electronic record.
As the electronic equivalent of a “normal” record the CargoSoft-eAkte includes all incoming documents (faxes, invoices, customs papers, B/L …) and also e-mail, contact information, appointments, etc., of a corresponding order. Both internal and external documents are administered in this order independently of format (pdf, doc, xls, tif …) and made available to employees according to their authorisation level.
User-determined components of the e-file, or even the complete process, can be sent at any time easily and directly at the click of a mouse. This allows for rapid and precise handling of orders over the boundaries of departments and businesses. You will save time and costs and enjoy a considerably more rapid workflow.
